Low profile emergency ballast for fixtures with T5HO lamps, will provide up to 1300 lumens to one or two lamps for up to 90 minutes of operation when main power is cut off.
BL-BALT5-1300ACTD (1300 lumen output) allows fluorescent lighting fixtures to be used for both normal and emergency operation.
In the event of a power failure, the BALT5-1300ACTD switches the fixture to emergency mode and operates one or two of its lamps for a minimum of 90 minutes. The unit contains a battery, charger, and inverter circuit in a single package. The BALT5-1300ACTD can be mounted in the wireway or on top of the fixture, and is UL listed for factory installation or retrofit applications, as well as damp location listed. This ballast can be used with or without an AC ballast to convert new or existing fluorescent fixtures into unobtrusive emergency lighting fixtures.
