System Design and ROI Analysis

From the audit, we develop a prioritized fixture schedule and a matching ROI model. Each space gets a recommended replacement with photometry where it matters, and the financial case lays out total install cost, expected energy savings, available rebates, and projected payback in months. The proposal is reviewed line by line with you before anything moves.

Financing Assistance

For most projects, the energy savings can carry the install cost. We connect you with leading lighting-as-a-service and equipment-financing partners so the project pays for itself out of a portion of the monthly savings, with positive cash flow from month one. If you would rather pay cash, we will quote that too.

Installation and Project Management

We coordinate the install through our established network of licensed contractors, with a single project manager assigned to your account. For multi-site rollouts, you get a real-time portal that tracks each site's status: audit, scheduled, in progress, complete. You hand a stakeholder a link instead of a status update.

Rebates and Incentives

Utility rebates, the federal commercial buildings tax deduction, and state-level incentive programs can recover 10% to 40% of project cost, but the paperwork is real and the timing windows are tight. Our team manages the entire rebate application process for your project, including pre-approval where required, install certifications, and post-install verification.

How It Works
