Your personal privacy and online security are among our top concerns. We have taken every precaution necessary to ensure a safe shopping experience. This includes the use of strong SSL encryption on all of our checkout pages and routine system audits to ensure server and shopping cart security. Ordering makes it incredibly easy to research, find and order everything needed to complete your lighting retrofit project. We have taken the needs of electrical contractors, maintenance personnel and facilities managers into account in designing our catalog and ordering system. All orders are subject to material availability and our final acceptance.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payment for your online order is authorized at the time you complete the checkout process. Your card will not be charged until items are ready to ship. We take every precaution to ensure the validity of the pricing and product details on our site, however, these details are subject to change and correction at any time without notice. Any prices found on our site are for immediate use and should not be interpreted as a quotation for products purchased at a later date.
Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is placed, we will do everything we can to ship your product as quickly as possible. Most products ship from inventory throughout the United States but certain products are manufactured to order. In the event we encounter an issue with a particular product, we will contact you as soon as we can and will not charge your credit card for the affected items. We offer real-time shipping estimates in an attempt to ensure accurate shipping costs on your order. Our shipping charges assume a commerical address and all free shipping offers will only apply to commercial delivery addresses. If estimated shipping charges are not accurate or if you require a residential delivery, we will contact you with updated pricing and work with you to determine the best resolution for your order. You should carefully inspect all deliveries to ensure there are no damages caused by our freight carriers. If you find your order has been damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us for assistance. Any damage found after the order is received will be subject to our Refunds, Returns & Replacements policy.

Product Warranty extends the same warranty we receive from our manufacturers. For fixtures, the factory warrants manufactured products to be free of manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes damage of any kind resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, misapplications, or natural disasters. The factory will repair, or at its option, replace defective product. Mishandling, improper installation, improper maintenance, or modifications will void this warranty. Factory warranty does not include replacement labor. All lamps and ballasts carry the manufacturer's warranty and are not covered under the fixture's factory warranty. Warranty claims for ballasts and lamps should be filed through RelightDepot to the respective manufacturer. General warranties for electrical components are listed below but are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions and are subject to change.

  • GE or Advance Ballasts: 5 year manufacturer's warranty
  • Lamps: 2 years under normal conditions. Custom warranties available.
  • Lamp Holders: 5 years
  • Enhanced Reflector Coating: 25 years
Refunds, Returns & Replacements
Since many of our products are built to order and ship from different warehouses, you will have to contact us prior to cancelling or returning any material in order to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Products that are modified at the factory with options or accessories or custom built products are subject to manufacturers return policy and may not be returned at all.  All requests for refunds, returns or exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returns must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with all of the original hardware and documentation. Approved returns are subject to restocking fees which vary by product.
Viewing Orders
If you choose to create an account during checkout, all of your order details are saved in our system. This allows you to track the status of your order, submit special comments, and place re-orders for the same material you have previously ordered. Once products are shipped, all tracking information provided by our transport couriers will be associated with your order.
Updating Account Information
