Minimum Order Amount

RelightDepot specializes in working with contractors and facility management companies to provide the lowest cost on high quality lighting fixtures and accessories. In order to keep our costs as low as possible and pass the savings on to our customers, we have decided to impose a minimum order amount on all of our orders. As of the date of this article, the minimum order amount that is required in order to be able to proceed through the checkout process is $250. This amount is subject to change without notice.

Acceptance of Purchase Orders

RelightDepot gladly accepts purchase orders from customers that have opened a credit account. We have partnered with Resolve to offer a NET Terms program for qualified customers. This program allows approved customers to place orders using their Resolve account and get NET 30 payment terms with zero interest. To apply for an account, complete this application.

Extended Payment Terms

In addition to the Resolve NET 30 program, RelightDepot has partnered with Billd to offer project-based material financing for contractors working commercial projects. By taking advantage of Billd's upfront funding for the purchase of materials like light fixtures, you can eliminate accounts payable bottlenecks that may be holding up the growth of your business. Billd helps reduce material supplier's risk and provides you with 120-day payment terms. The first 30 days of these extended terms are payment-free with absolutely no cost to you. If you only need 30 days, you pay nothing. If you need more time, then you have it. It’s a win-win. Our aim is to give you flexible payment options so you can focus on growing your business.

Product Descriptions, Images and Pricing

We strive to provide accurate product information, images, and pricing, but errors may still occur. DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON PRODUCT IMAGES OR DESCRIPTIONS TO MAKE A PURCHASE DECISION. CAREFULLY REVIEW THE SPECIFICATION SHEET TO ENSURE THE PRODUCT BEING CONSIDERED MEETS YOUR REQUIREMENTS. We may only have one image for the entire product family and the image used on the specific product page may not accurately represent the product being purchased. Consult the specification sheets and review the complete part number before making a purchase. Many of the products we sell are highly configurable and a seemingly minor difference in the part number can lead to a completely different product. Consult your sales rep for assistance if you have any questions whatsoever.

We try to be as accurate as possible in relaying product information on our website. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we reserve the right to either contact you for resolution or cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation. We have taken the needs of general and electrical contractors, maintenance personnel and facilities managers into account in designing our catalog and ordering system. Please note that all sales are subject to our Terms of Service and there may be some orders that we are unable to accept.

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We confirm every order over the phone, but if we encounter any issues processing your order, we may also contact you via the phone number or email address provided on your order to discuss a resolution. Issues may include material availability, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our payment processing department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting your order.

Payment, Pricing, and Promotions

Payment for your online order is authorized at the time you complete the checkout process. Your card will not be charged until your items are ready to ship or committed to manufacturing. We take every precaution to ensure the validity of the pricing and product details on our site, however, these details are subject to change and correction at any time without notice. Any prices found on our site are for immediate use and should not be interpreted as a quotation for products purchased at a later date.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is placed, we will do everything we can to ship your product as quickly as possible. Most products ship from inventory throughout the United States but certain products are manufactured to order. In the event we encounter an issue with a particular product, we will contact you as soon as we can to discuss the affected items.

We offer real-time shipping estimates to ensure accurate shipping costs on your order. Our shipping charges assume a commercial address and all free shipping offers will only apply to commercial delivery addresses with a dock or forklift and some oversize products, such as lighting poles, are excluded from free shipping. If estimated shipping charges are not accurate or if you require a residential delivery, we will contact you with updated pricing and work with you to determine the best resolution for your order.


You should carefully inspect all deliveries to ensure there are no damages caused by our freight carriers. If you find your order has been damaged, please file a claim with the carrier and contact us for assistance. Any damage found after the order is received will be subject to our Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges policy.

Return Policy

Since many of the products we sell are made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. All requests for returns are subject to the respective vendor’s return policy which may impose a restocking fee or limit your ability to return the item altogether. Any products that are customized by the vendor prior to shipping such as by the installation of accessories, custom paint color, or custom fixture length, may not be returned at all. Outbound shipping charges and any other hard costs that are incurred to deliver the product will not be refunded unless the issue was caused by manufacturer error.

You must contact us prior to cancelling or returning any material in order to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Any products that are returned without an RMA are subject to disposal and no credit will be provided. All requests for refunds, returns or exchanges must be made within thirty (30) days of delivery. Returns must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with all of the original hardware and documentation. Approved returns are subject to restocking fees which vary by product.

Product Warranty passes through the manufacturer’s warranty for all items we sell. Generally speaking for fixtures, our vendors warrant manufactured products to be free of manufacturing defects and workmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes damage of any kind resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, misapplications, or natural disasters. The factory will repair, or at its option, replace defective products. Mishandling, improper installation, improper maintenance, or modifications will void this warranty. Factory warranty does not include replacement labor. All lamps, ballasts and drivers carry the respective manufacturer's warranty and are not covered under the fixture's factory warranty.

Viewing Orders

If you choose to create an account during checkout, all of your order details are saved in our system. This allows you to track the status of your order, submit special comments, and place re-orders for the same material you have previously ordered. Once products are shipped, all tracking information provided by our transport couriers will be associated with your order.

Updating Account Information
