If something you bought from us turns out to be defective, we will open and manage the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, so you do not have to chase the factory yourself.

Product modifications or improper maintenance
Replacement labor (the warranty covers the product, not removal or reinstallation)
Lamps, ballasts, and drivers, which carry their own separate manufacturer warranties
Shipping damage, which is a freight claim rather than a warranty claim
