We ship orders using the most appropriate delivery method based on the size, weight, and quantity of the items in your cart.
- Small and standard items typically ship via UPS or FedEx.
- Larger or heavier orders may ship via LTL freight.
- Oversize items may require freight or special truck delivery.
- Delivery method details are shown on the product page when available.
All orders ship from U.S. warehouse locations unless otherwise noted. Once your order ships, tracking information is provided by email.
Estimated lead times are shown on the product page when available. If an item is build-to-order or subject to extended lead times, this will be noted prior to checkout.
If your order requires freight delivery, our team will coordinate shipment details as needed.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted on most standard items in new, unused condition.
- Return eligibility may vary by product and manufacturer.
- Some items may be subject to restocking fees or manufacturer return policies.
- Custom, made-to-order, non-cancellable and non-returnable (NCNR), or special order items may not be eligible for return.
- Return requests must be submitted prior to sending items back.
Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
