Warranty

Every product we sell carries the manufacturer's warranty, and we pass that coverage straight through to you. We are lighting people first. If something you bought from us turns out to be defective, we will open and manage the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, so you do not have to chase the factory yourself.

Confirm your coverage before you buy

Warranty length and terms vary by manufacturer and product. Verify coverage two ways: check the product spec sheet, which is the authoritative source for the warranty period and what it covers, and confirm against the manufacturer's website. As a general reference, most fixtures carry a five-year warranty against manufacturing defects, but some run longer and some shorter, so always confirm on the spec sheet for this item.

What the manufacturer's warranty typically does not cover

Improper installation, misuse, abuse, accidents, or natural disasters
Product modifications or improper maintenance
Replacement labor (the warranty covers the product, not removal or reinstallation)
Lamps, ballasts, and drivers, which carry their own separate manufacturer warranties
Shipping damage, which is a freight claim rather than a warranty claim

Products are sold as is, with the manufacturer's warranty as the sole warranty that applies. Our total liability on any claim will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. See the warranty sections of our Customer Service and Terms of Service pages for full details.

Need to file a claim?

Have your order number, the model number or SKU, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect ready, then reach out to us. We handle the rest with the manufacturer. For the full step-by-step process, read How to File a Warranty Claim.

Not sure whether your item is still covered? Contact our team at [email protected], through our support portal, or at 888-548-6387 (Mon to Fri, 8 AM to 8 PM ET) and we will help you sort it out.
