Raceway support hardware and box positioning accessories are required on every commercial and industrial conduit installation. These products secure conduit runs to structure, control conduit spacing and alignment, and hold electrical boxes in precise position before concrete or drywall permanently encloses them.

Conduit hangers, straps, and clamps attach to ceiling structure, beams, and wall surfaces to support horizontal and vertical conduit runs at the intervals required by NEC Article 358 and related sections. One-hole and two-hole straps, beam clamps, trapeze hardware, and strut channel are standard tools for commercial conduit work. Proper support spacing is required by code and prevents sag and movement that can stress fittings and connections over time.

Box positioning brackets and bar hangers place electrical boxes at the correct depth and position relative to drywall, tile, or other finish surfaces before rough-in is complete. Accurate box depth during rough-in prevents rework and eliminates the need for box extenders later in the project when finish materials are being installed.

For the metallic boxes that mount in these systems, see Metallic Boxes and Accessories and Masonry Boxes and Extensions. Browse Commercial and Industrial Fittings and the full Boxes and Fittings catalog.
