Westgate RLB Series Low Bay: One Fixture, Selectable Wattage and CCT

One switch on top sets wattage and CCT on the RLB Series, Westgate's new selectable low bay. Pick 80W, 100W, or 120W, all at 140 LM/W, and 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K, on the same platform in black or white. Miss the call before the lift leaves the site, and the fix is a flip of that switch, not a return authorization. Two SKUs, RLB-80-120W-MCTP-BK and RLB-80-120W-MCTP-WH, replace what used to be eighteen part numbers to stock, on a housing that ships IP65, UL listed, on a 1/2 inch hook mount with a safety cable included, backed by a 5-year warranty.

One Platform, Three Outputs

The RLB Series runs on a single aluminum alloy housing with a PC lens, rated IP65 and built for 120-277VAC input. Every fixture in the line ships with 0-10V dimming, a power factor above 0.9, THD under 20%, and a UL listing. The housing is 18.9 inches in diameter by 21.9 inches tall, weighs 8.82 pounds, and mounts on a 1/2 inch threaded hook with a set screw and safety cable, both included. That is the platform every wattage and CCT combination shares, which is the point: learn the fixture once, quote it for warehouse aisles, manufacturing floors, gyms, or retail backrooms without relearning a new housing for each application.

The Range: Wattage and CCT, Selectable in the Field

A transition worth making explicit before the table: "selectable" here means a switch on top of the housing, set before or during install, not a controls-based tuning feature you access after the ceiling is closed up. Treat it like a rough-in decision, not a commissioning step.

Both finishes carry the same range: RLB-80-120W-MCTP-BK in black, RLB-80-120W-MCTP-WH in white. CRI runs above 80 across the line, with a 60-degree beam angle and a prismatic PC reflector included for even distribution at low to medium mounting heights.

How to Pick Within the Range

Wattage and CCT selection on new construction still comes out of the lighting spec. A designer or engineer sets the lumen package to hit the foot-candle target for the space, and CCT to match the rest of the building's fixtures. Where the spec is open, or where a substitution is on the table, the RLB Series makes the contractor's job easier because the wrong call in the field costs a switch flip, not a return shipment.

Sourcing and Installation Notes

Standard install is the 1/2 inch hook mount with the included safety cable, straight off the box. A pendant stem mount is available where ceiling height or a cleaner sightline calls for it, and both twist-lock and straight-blade plug-in cord configurations ship in black or white for jobs where the panel schedule already has matching receptacles. The 4-foot SJTW 18AWG cable is provided standard.

For jobs where the spec calls out occupancy sensing or daylight response, factory-installed options cover it: emergency backup, a ULHB sensor, a WG network sensor, or a Keilton network sensor. These are ordered in at the factory, not added in the field, so get the sensor requirement locked before the fixture is ordered, not after it lands on the dock.

Operating range is rated -40°F to 122°F, which covers unconditioned warehouse space through most U.S. climates. The 5-year warranty and UL listing apply across the line; confirm any project-specific submittal requirements against the spec sheet before bidding.
