MaxLite's FlatMax G6 turns three separate flat panel SKUs into one line item on a takeoff: 1x4, 2x2, and 2x4, all on the same controls-ready platform, all with CCT and wattage set in the field instead of locked at the factory. That matters on a real relamp job, where a building running corridor troffers, office grids, and open-area panels usually means three part numbers to track instead of one. The line carries DLC Premium efficacy up to 150 LPW Read more MaxLite MLFP Series: FlatMax G6 Flat Panels

A 40W or 60W wall pack over a service door does more than light the door. It casts a glare across the lot and emits more light than a small entry needs. The LMW mini cutoff wall pack line exists for the jobs where a full-size wall pack is the wrong fixture: entryways, alleys, loading docks, pathways, balconies, and small retail bays. It delivers 1300 lumens at 12W in a die-cast housing about the footprint of a large deadbolt plate. Season 2 prici Read more LED Mini Cutoff Wall Packs: Westgate LMW Series

Lotus LED's 5CCT COB tape line ships as two SKUs on one driver platform: a dry-location strip and a sealed, wet-rated strip, both selectable across the same five color temperatures, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, and 5000K. That selection happens at the driver, not the tape, and both models run COB construction with a CRI of 90 or higher, so neither shows a hotspot whether it lands in a finished channel or bare against a cedar wall. Pair the wrong d Read more Tunable White COB Tape Lighting: Picking the Right Model

Westgate's LFX Multi-Power Flood Light does something most fixtures on a takeoff sheet can't: it changes its own wattage. Set the driver to 50W, 80W, 100W, or 150W before it goes live, and the same die-cast aluminum body, rated IP65 with 10KV surge protection, pushes up to 21,400 lumens at 135 LPW, whichever tier the job calls for. No separate SKU for the loading dock versus the pathway. One fixture flexes to both. That flexibility matters most i Read more Westgate LFX Multi-Power Flood Light: One Fixture, Four Wattages

The AE Switch Series puts full field control over wattage, CCT, and distribution into one MaxLite Value Series platform. Instead of ordering a fixed Type III, IV, or V distribution pattern at a fixed color temperature, the installer sets the configuration on site, and the newest AE Switch fixtures add a ground-level remote that changes CCT and distribution even after the area light is mounted and energized. Electrical contractors standardizing a Read more MaxLite AE Switch Area Lights: Now with Remote CCT and Distribution Control

The SCR series is Westgate's architectural round suspended pendant platform built for commercial and hospitality interiors where the architect or engineer specifies a single pendant family across multiple zones, ceiling heights, and output levels without a separate submittal for each configuration. The LAX Series is Westgate's dynamic beam-adjustable area light platform, built for commercial and industrial outdoor projects that need a single fixture family to cover multiple zones, mounting heights, and output levels without a separate submittal for each configuration. Unlike fixed-wattage shoebox fixtures that require a distinct SKU for every wattage point and a separate model for each beam pattern, the LAX is built on a common platform acr Read more Westgate LAX Series: Beam-Adjustable Area Lights for Commercial Sites
