Pickleball and padel courts are going in fast right now, on park district budgets, HOA amenity upgrades, and multi-sport rec facility retrofits, and a lot of that work lands on contractors who have never bid a dedicated court lighting package before. The fixture that shows up on the plans is often a generic area light or flood light spec'd because it was available, not because it fits the court. Westgate's new SFP Series is built specifically for Read more

Bulkhead fixtures show up on more job types than most contractors give them credit for: apartment breezeways, hotel corridor exits, courtyard perimeter walls, back-of-house doors at retail and restaurant sites. The spec is usually simple, wall-mount, wet-location rated, dusk-to-dawn, but the SKU count behind that simple spec adds up fast once you factor in wattage, CCT, and finish. The Westgate BKH Traditional Bulkhead collapses most of that vari Read more

A 40W or 60W wall pack over a service door does more than light the door. It casts a glare across the lot and emits more light than a small entry needs. The LMW mini cutoff wall pack line exists for the jobs where a full-size wall pack is the wrong fixture: entryways, alleys, loading docks, pathways, balconies, and small retail bays. It delivers 1300 lumens at 12W in a die-cast housing about the footprint of a large deadbolt plate. Season 2 prici Read more

The SLE-EL step light ships as five fixtures in one box. Set the field-select switch to 2700K, 3000K, 3500K, 4000K, or 5000K on install day, on the same 3W integrated LED module, IP65 wet-location polycarbonate housing, and 120-degree beam that every SKU in the line shares. Get the CCT wrong on a building, and fixing it is a two-second flip of a switch, not a return authorization. Two kinds of orders keep this series moving: a facility team stand Read more

Westgate's LFX Multi-Power Flood Light does something most fixtures on a takeoff sheet can't: it changes its own wattage. Set the driver to 50W, 80W, 100W, or 150W before it goes live, and the same die-cast aluminum body, rated IP65 with 10KV surge protection, pushes up to 21,400 lumens at 135 LPW, whichever tier the job calls for. No separate SKU for the loading dock versus the pathway. One fixture flexes to both. That flexibility matters most i Read more

The AE Switch Series puts full field control over wattage, CCT, and distribution into one MaxLite Value Series platform. Instead of ordering a fixed Type III, IV, or V distribution pattern at a fixed color temperature, the installer sets the configuration on site, and the newest AE Switch fixtures add a ground-level remote that changes CCT and distribution even after the area light is mounted and energized. Electrical contractors standardizing a Read more

The LAX Series is Westgate's dynamic beam-adjustable area light platform, built for commercial and industrial outdoor projects that need a single fixture family to cover multiple zones, mounting heights, and output levels without a separate submittal for each configuration. Unlike fixed-wattage shoebox fixtures that require a distinct SKU for every wattage point and a separate model for each beam pattern, the LAX is built on a common platform acr Read more
